(npr.org) – Last month NOAA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, released its annual report on the Arctic. Some of the findings were quite sobering as the Arctic summer was the warmest recorded since 1900 and helped to contribute to events such as flooding in Juneau, AK and a record wildfire season in Canada.
