(gCaptain.com) – The United Seamen’s Service recently gave out its annual Admiral of the Ocean Sea Award to recognize bravery at sea. At the ceremony officers and crew of four American-flagged vessels were honored for their heroism, also called “the brotherhood of the sea”.
It is important to to be prepared for any emergency at sea and these American seafarers aided those on vessels far out at sea that needed their assistance. Read more.
