Skip Novak may be the world’s most experienced offshore and high latitude sailor. He completed four Whitbread Round the World Races, sailed countless other shorter distance races and, for the last 27 years has been running sailing expeditions in the waters of Patagonia, Antarctic, The Falkland Isnads and South Georgia Island. Sailing simply doesn’t get any tougher.
An accomplish author, he recently came out with a new book aptly titled Skip Novak on Sailing. The book is a combination of a how-to guide to all things to do with sailing and a vessel for Novak to help new sailors build the right attitudes that will lead to a lifelong passion for sailing and the sea.
