The winner this week is Zach Wilson, Bellingham, WA who emailed: “Limber holes are wholes or tubes through floors, stringers and bulkhead bases that allow water in the hull to flow to the lowest point where there’s a bilge pump. This keeps the water from collecting in enclosed areas.”
