wbur.org) – Earlier this week the main mast of the schooner Grace Bailey splintered and fell to the deck killing one and injuring 3 passengers. The schooner wtih 33 people onboard was returning from a four-day cruise and was about a mile east of Rockland harbor when the incident occurred. The Grace Bailey is a member of Maine’s windjammer fleet, a fleet of vessels that take passengers on cruises up and down the Maine coast. Read more.
