From the News of St. John comes this update regarding the leaseholder of the Caneel Bay Resort. Badly damaged in the hurricanes of 2017, there has been virtually no clean up. Owned by the National Park Service, the leaseholder Gary Engle, of CBI Acquisitions has been in discussions regarding lease extensions. Read More
