(Waterway Guide) – Boaters who transit the Intracoastal Waterway will want to look closely at the bill recently signed into law in Georgia that affects 140 miles of the ICW. This law allows for more regulations of where and when boaters may anchor, management of waste in onboard holding tanks as well as to where liveaboards may be located.
