Dutch sailboat Capella capsized off the Belgian coast after its keel broke off. Ship designer Frans Maas (79) and sailor Freddy Franssens (70) from Breskens were killed. As of 9:30 p.m. on Sunday July 1, 18-year-old Hannes Goedgebeur from Terneuzen was still missing. Three others were rescued.
