Four Rescued From Sailboat Off New York

A crew from Coast Guard Station Fire Island rescued four people aboard a sailing vessel southwest of the Fire Island Inlet, New York.

Watchstanders at Station Fire Island received a phone call from a commercial salvage company stating that a 38-foot sailing vessel was beset by weather 2 miles from shore, and that they were unable to respond. Read More
