Join other women sailors and enjoy a full day of nautical learning, networking and camaraderie at the Corinthian Yacht Club in beautiful Marblehead Harbor, MA, Saturday June 6, 2015.
This day of on-the-water instruction and on land workshops includes sessions geared toward women new to sailing and to those already heading up a crew. Workshop leaders are experienced women sailors and come to share their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm. Through discussions and hands-on workshops, participants will learn and hone skills, gain confidence, and enjoy their sailing. Women of all sailing abilities are encouraged to attend. Add your voice and experience to the gathering.
Our schedule offers plenty of time for networking, socializing, and making new friends. In addition, there will be Raffles held throughout the day and a Silent Auction which ends in the late afternoon. Each offer useful, handy and beautiful items donated by NWSA and Women’s Sailing Foundation supporters and sponsors. Both Raffle and Auction proceeds benefit the Women’s Sailing Foundation AdventureSail® program and sailing program scholarships for young girls at-risk, giving underserved girls exposure to sailing’s challenges and rewards.
