Annapolis Boat Show Introduces New App

The Annapolis Boat Shows released the 2013 mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and Android that not only allows customers to quickly and easily purchase tickets for the United States Powerboat Show, Annapolis Brokerage Show and the United States Sailboat Show, it provides boat show users with fast important and up-to-date information on everything you need to know about this year’s shows.

Once downloaded, the 2013 mobile app will allow users to review the different show schedules; familiarize themselves with the growing list of power and sail boats expected at each show; and explore exhibitor lists, review available products for sale, and see all three show layouts. In addition the app provides access to information on local accommodations, transportation to-and-from the shows, and the most current data on parking at the shows.

Tickets for interactive workshops, Take the Wheel Workshops, designed especially for novice boaters that include on-boat demonstrations and boat rides may be purchased with the 2013 Annapolis Boat Show Mobile App. VIP Parking tickets for the Preview Day at the US Powerboat Show are available through the mobile app.

“The app is perfect for both kinds of people, those who like to map out their itinerary in advance as well as the more spontaneous types who purchase tickets on the bus from the parking lot to the show,” said Paul Jacobs, general manager, Annapolis Boat Shows.

“By using the mobile app, boat show goers can avoid waiting in long lines to purchase tickets,” Jacobs added.

Users of the Annapolis Boat Show Mobile App will have instant access to sail and power boat show info, be able to buy tickets, view boat lists, see products, peruse show maps, learn about exhibitors, explore daily events, see parking and accommodations, and view sponsors.
