In which country would you fly this courtesy flag?192349WE_10

Send your answer to cruisingcompass@bwsailing.com. The winner, selected randomly from correct answers, will receive a Blue Water Sailing hat.

Thanks to last week’s winner, Tony Kalish, for the correct answer to the question:  What does this weather symbol indicate? The symbol is the map symbol for the Beaufort Wind Force Scale.  The wind barbs indicate the forecast wind speed and wind direction. The wind speed shown in the question is indicated by the number and length of wind barbs, each short wind barb represents 5 knots and each long barb 10 knots. The direction would be from Northeast at 25 knots.Capture
