Have left over tortillas? Turn them into dessert.

Baked Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients:

Cooking spray

4 Flour tortillas

1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup sugar

1.Preheat oven to 400 F.  Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and sprinkle with water.  Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet overlapping as little as possible.  Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the tortillas.

3. Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are brown and the wedges crisp.  Allow to cool before serving.

NOTE: These do not store well, even in a plastic bag.  Make them just prior to serving.
