The 20th Anniversary Maritime Fest will take place Saturday & Sunday, August 25th
& 26th 2012 from 10am to 6pm at Thea’s Park and the Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma, WA.
Tacoma has 46 miles of shoreline, and the waterfront shapes the community. 150 years ago, Tall Trading ships came to Tacoma to load logs and lumber needed to build cities up and down America’s West Coast. Tacoma’s people have lived on these shores for generations or have come recently from lands around the world.
