Mexican Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

15 jumbo shells, cooked

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup each chopped onion and green pepper

12 oz salsa

8 oz tomato sauce

4 oz green chilies

1/2 cup water

8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese

Opt: 1/2 can Durkee onion rings

Directions: Mix salsa, chilies, tomato sauce and water. Cook beef with onion and green pepper. Add 1/2 cup of sauce mix and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour 1/2 of remaining sauce into 8×12 pan. Stuff shells with meat mixture and top with remaining sauce, cheese and optional onion rings.
