Pineapple Rum Cake

This one is super easy!

Simply use a packet of yellow cake mix, follow the instructions on the packet but substitute the water with rum!

Layer pineapple (I used canned) at the bottom of the cake pan and pour the mix over the pineapple. Bake according to instructions on packet.

Splash more rum over the top after baking to really bring out the rum flavor.

Invert onto a plate after it has cooled.
