Mexican Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
15 Jumbo Shells, cooked
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Green Pepper
12 oz Salsa
8 oz Tomato Sauce
4 oz Green Chilies
1/2 cup water
8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 can Durkee Onion Rings (optional)

Prep: Mix salsa, chilies, tomato sauce, and water. Cook beef with onion and green pepper. Add 1/2 cup of sauce mix and half of the cheese. Pour half of the remaining sauce into an 8×12 pan. Stuff shells with meat mixture and top with remaining sauce, cheese and optional onion rings.
