While the weather has been pretty mild even up north this winter, you never need a good excuse to head down to Key West Race Week, which begins this Sunday, January 15 and goes through January 20. This year is the 25th anniversary of the popular event at the southernmost tip of the U.S. The race boasts 10 classes competing on crystal clear waters. And of course there will be plenty parties after the racing ends, with entry to this year’s parties being free of charge (although the drinks are not). So if you’re looking for warmer weather and waters, there’s still time to head down to Key West for a good sailing and good times. For more information, go to www.premiere-racing.com.
