Do they still make this model? They are two generations ahead with the GoPro HD2 now. But yes, it is an incredible camera for a sailing, snorkeler, diving, etc. We use it on all our travels to capture each day. You can tie it to a lure, put it on a boat hook and look at your prop, or even stick it in the face of a passing shark. I have also run it up the halyard, attached it to a kite, thrown it like a spear on a stick, and clamped it on my Rocna anchor to watch how it set. It is an incredible toy and tool for a reasonable price.
