It’s apple season in much of world, so we thought there was no better time to share this simple but delicious apple cake recipe with you.
- 3 cups fresh apples, chopped
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 325°. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a medium-sized bowl, blend flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix well, then add flour mixture to the egg mixture and blend. Add apples, coconut and walnuts.
Pour batter into your greased bunt pan. Bake 1 hour, 40 minutes. Remove from pan, cool & serve.
