Scallop Linguini

We never would have thought of putting these items together, but man this sure sounds good.

INGREDIENTS:
Lemon juice of 4 lemons
2 cups white wine
2 red chilli’s
1 pound scallops
1 package linguine
1 Bunch asparagus
Feta
2 cloves garlic
1 pint cherry tomatoes

METHOD: Fry garlic in olive oil. Add lemon juice, wine, chilli’s and tomatoes. Add scallops and Feta for 2-3 minutes. Add asparagus for 1 minute. Drain linguine and stir juices and sauce into pasta. Stir well, add salt and lots of cracked pepper. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
