Oops! J35 Goes Under

We can think of a lot of other ways we’d like to start the sailing season in New England. A J35 was struck by a fishing boat dragger off Watch Hill, RI and sank in Stonington Harbor. In this photo, diver Rick Cressey, lower left, prepares to place a sling around the sunken boat while working with a crew from TowBoat U.S. and a barge and crane from Gwenmore Marine to pull the boat out of the harbor on June 14.
