Ingredients:
1 Ripe Mango (Diced)
1 Firm Peach (Diced)
¼ Red Onion (Minced)
¾ Cup Blueberries (Halved)
4 Thyme Stems worth of leaves (Chopped)
Pinch of Kosher Salt
3 Pinches of Red Pepper Flakes (Chopped)
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix carefully with a table spoon.
