BWS columnist Bill Biewenga will lead a webinar on how to acquire, understand and use weather information on Saturday, March 12th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST with guest speakers, including Ken Campbell from Commanders’ Weather and Joe Sienkiewicz from the Ocean Prediction Center. The webinar will focus on how to read and make sense of the weather information that we see and collect and is designed to help virtually any offshore sailor.
